30-day returns
We want you to love your MonsterNap. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it, subject to stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund. Import duties or customs fees paid to your local authorities are not refundable by us.
Bundles
If you return part of a bundle, the refund is based on the discounted bundle price you paid.
