Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is FREE on every order, to every country we deliver to. No minimum order.

Processing time

Every MonsterNap is prepared and packed for you after you order. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and most orders arrive in about 10 business days. Customs checks can occasionally add extra days that are outside our control.

Taxes, duties & customs

Product prices do not include taxes. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies to your location is calculated and shown at checkout. For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may also charge import duties or customs fees. These taxes and duties are paid by the customer. If they are not collected at checkout, your local carrier or customs office may ask you to pay them on delivery.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement after your order ships.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your package hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
